Anupama 20th December 2025 Written Update: Jewelry Theft Caused by Ishani's Greed

Anupama is impressed and compliments Rajini's ideas. She adds that although Bharti's parents are thrilled, they might not be able to attend due to the short notice. Nothing else matters, according to Rajini, as long as Bharti is okay with it. Anupama claims that her admiration for Rajini grows as she learns more about her. Rajini chuckles and warns that if she gives her too much praise, she could turn self-centered.

Rajini gives Bharti the shagun and informs Anupama that it is not a formal gift; rather, it is the same shagun that her mother-in-law gave her, and she now wishes to give it to her future daughter-in-law.
When Ishani gets there, he questions how Bharti is receiving so much love and blessings. Everybody has a destiny, Pari tells her, and perhaps Ishani's fate is even better.

Rajini gives gifts to everyone and congratulates them all. Anupama expresses emotion and claims that since they currently have nothing equal to offer in return, there was no need to do so much. In response, Rajini says that she has already given Bharti the most valuable gift.

Anupama expresses gratitude to Rajini and remarks that while no one does much for others in the modern world, Rajini helped the residents of the Chawl when they were afraid of losing their homes.

Pakhi is asked by Leela why she is carrying such a large bag. Pakhi claims she won't be at Bharti's wedding because she is attending a college reunion.
Ansh declines to go as well, claiming he has a lot of work. Toshu also declares he won't go.
Even though Meeta's parlor is suffering as a result of their product, Prarthana visits the Shahs and congratulates them, saying she is proud of their hard work. Although she feels sorry for Meeta, she asserts that hard work always pays off.

She finds out that the family is traveling to Mumbai. Kinjal informs her that since Ansh won't be leaving, Prarthana is free to remain if she so chooses. Leela requests that she get Vasundhara's consent first.

Rahi tells the Kotharis about the nuptials. While Gautam also makes caustic comments, Vasundhara mocks and taunts the news.

 
When Vasundhara and Parag learn that Bharti is getting married to Varun, Rajini's son, they are taken aback. Stunned, Mahi accuses Anupama. Anupama is also accused of this marriage by Vasundhara.
Rahi explains that they are also invited and that Rajini herself suggested this alliance. Vasundhara vehemently declines, stating that no one from their family will be present. Parag declares he won't go either.Rahi and Prem choose to go anyhow. Gautam becomes anxious and fears that Prem and Rahi might talk to Rajini about their business deal in front of Anupama. He is reassured by Parag that nothing will go wrong because nobody is aware of Rajini's investment plans.

Meeta worriedly tells everyone that Raja has left for Mumbai. Vasundhara concludes right away that Anupama must have influenced him once more. Rahi and Gautam quarrel. Anil is instructed by Vasundhara to ascertain Raja's reason for traveling to Mumbai.

With the chawl members, Anupama starts getting ready for Bharti's wedding, hoping that their happiness won't be overlooked. Preet claims that although she has seen wedding homes, she is seeing a wedding chawl for the first time today.

 
Bharti is under pressure. Why is she so concerned, Pari wonders? Bharti claims that although she was previously prepared for marriage, she was unable to do so, and now she is forced to do so even though she doesn't want to.Bharti nods when Anupama asks if she is genuinely content with this marriage. She acknowledges, though, that she is afraid of the jewelry because it has always seemed out of her reach. Sarita advises storing everything in her locker. Anupama concurs. When Ishani hears this, greed begins to grow inside of her.

Everyone is startled to see Raja when Ishani runs into him. Raja claims he made an unsuccessful attempt to move on and forget Pari. He claims that because his family doesn't get him, he left the house and came.

 
He claims he cannot reside in a home where Pari is disrespectful. Raja chooses to remain with Anupama and Pari after pleading with Pari for forgiveness.

 
Anupama becomes concerned, claiming that after Pari left her house out of rage, Raja is now committing the same error. Raja assures Anupama that he will stand by her, but she must refrain from pressuring him to return to Mumbai.

Anupama is accused of bringing Raja to Mumbai by Vasundhara over the phone. She cautions that Anupama is wasting everyone's time and that Pari will never go back to that house, regardless of what she does. She continues by saying that they have already selected Raja's bride and will soon arrange his marriage. She gives Anupama two options: either send Raja back or prepare for drama at Bharti's wedding.

 
Raja is not a child to be subdued, Anupama responds. Adults Raja and Pari are in love with one another, and nothing can stop them from being together. She claims it is not her responsibility to send Raja back because he arrived on his own.

Anupama is still concerned and asks Raja if he is certain of his choice this time. She warns him that it will be difficult to survive in a city like Mumbai if he hasn't properly planned his life. She reminds him that she is already overburdened with Pari and Ishani's responsibilities. She assures Raja that Pari will always wait for him and advises him to persuade his family.

Ishani keeps a close eye on Sarita with avaricious eyes while she stores the jewelry in the locker. Anupama quickly discovers that Ishani is not at home.
In the meantime, Ishani successfully takes the jewelry box from Sarita's cupboard after making a covert attempt to steal the jewelry. When Anupama discovers Ishani is gone, she begins to worry.

Precap: Bharti tells Anupama how her father was duped in a real estate transaction.Anupama is trusted and given full responsibility by the residents of the chawl. Anupama resolves to read all documents thoroughly before signing them and to never allow the Chawl people to suffer. Rajini intends to make the papers difficult for Anupama to understand by adding complex clauses.
